The staff will check out all the contents of the fans letters and gifts you have sent before handing it out to the member. Please kindly understand that it may take some times until the member receive the fans letters and gifts you have sent.

It is also possible to hand over your fans letters and gifts to the member at the event or live venues, etc., but we kindly asking you to write down the name of the member specifically to be confirmed on the packaging.

In addition, the following gifts below cannot be received by the staff.

1. Something that remarkably expensive

2. Cash money or cash vouchers

3. Something that has opened or secondhand

4. Homemade foods, frozen foods, or those that cannot be preserved

5. Something that seem dangerous (fireworks, cutlery, etc.)

6. Living creatures (animals, plants, insects, etc.)

7. Items with personal information (business cards, email address, phone number, etc.)

※ If it is too difficult to return the gifts that cannot be received, the staff may dispose it.

※ In addition, we may not be able to accept it depending on the judgment of the management side.
